How would one make a pan of brownies, only one of the brownies has laxatives in it, but only that one. and I can't bake it separate because it will look suspicious

Better advice is to not do it at all. It is a wrong thing to do and should not be encouraged. It is not a harmless prank.

I used to do practical jokes myself, still do some on occasion, and let me tell you, this is not a good idea. I would strongly advise against it.

There are friendly practical jokes you can do to whoever it is you are pranking, but laxative in brownies is NOT a good one. Trust me.

Yeah, that’s what I would do. Rather than destroy your bond with him through laxative brownies, I would strengthen it through making cookies together.
