It ācandiesā after 3-4 weeks very good, sweet, very little garlic taste.. now, fermented garlic in ACV is a totally different story, very strong but very good at boosting immune systems.. these are daily maintenance/preventative donāt wait til you get sick.. we take these every day, a spoon of honey garlic each morning.. I have not been sick in 12-15 years.. maybe longer..InterestingIāve never heard of fermented garlicā¦geez that sounds like it would keep the vampires away!
