I personally use Natural Factors Oil of Oregano (I hope I'm answering your question ) Can't recall exactly what I was looking for when I was scouring all the bottles, but I liked it I guess.

I shall try this on Thursday when I pick my grandson up. I think he will like this one. He is in nursery and catches all kinds of bugs, then kindly passes them on to us He is so good at sharing, so I can’t really complain

So I am currently sitting on my sofa, wrapped in a blanket, feeling sorry for myself, sneezing/coughing, feeling absolutely crap (it was bearable while I have been busy, but now I’ve sat down…) anyone have any home remedies that work or that have been passed down through the generations?

I had an old aunt once who swore by using egg white on nappy rash, apparently it worked. Although don’t try this at home!! I have no idea wether it worked or not, I’m just using it as an example.

Best remedy I know for human flu is lots of homemade chicken soup and hot tea brewed with thyme, ginger, sage and aniseed.
