Take a large coffee mug. Fill it one third with whisky. Top up half full with lemon juice. Add a big dollop (a generous table spoon) of honey.
Fill the rest of the mug with boiling water.
Make sure you are safely lying on the couch or propped up in bed before drinking the whole mug. Don’t let it get cold before drinking it - the steam is an important part of the remedy.

Generally by the time you come to you will feel better.

Wow! Now this is a really interesting article in so many ways my little french bulldog has ear, skin and digestive problems so I will 100% be buying this, are you sure it is safe for humans, I’m not going to start barking am I?
