Any ideas for recovering energy after spell with bad heart?

Hey buddy, as far as getting some ENERGY, A few years ago, DW & I bought a juicer. She did fruits.

I did carrots, onions, celery, cucumbers, parsley, & tomatoes & for spice, chili powder & a couple of hot peppers. It tasted like V-8, but every time I drank a small glass, I felt like running around the block!

SUPER VITAMINS!

Vegetable juice is great stuff. I think it is carrot juice that builds up the blood. I hope you find your energy soon.

The juice thing sounds like an idea. I like fruit and veggies both, but haven't tried just juice. And the grapefruit things not a problem as I have never been able to handle citrus fruit... messes with my stomach. I have started taking vitamins again though.

to you! ill be praying for you & your wife too! like alot of the posters said check into those supplements co q 10, fish oil, even vitamin d 3 is turning out to be a miracle vitamin, even for your wife with copd, fish oil & d3 will help with her breathing and dont try to over do anything i know its easier said than done, but i had to learn that too,& thank God for your son! he seems like a very smart young man!

My father's old doctor told him he can't because he already had quad bypass and he is doing fine but the "fun" was going out of his marriage until his new doctor told him Go and have fun! Better than working! LOL!

So that would be another good "doctor's advise"!
