Any ideas on what might be wrong with this girl?

Thanks for the links. :) And I did clean the waterer. I had thrown in some chick food for them to scratch at the afternoon before, so they had kicked who knows what into it, and I took they pic early that morning before feeding/watering/cleaning anything.
And do you mean apple cidar vinegar, or white vinegar? I have both.

I'd use the apple cider, but the main purpose is to make the water slightly acidic ... even if the water's a bit hard, a tablespoon to the gallon usually does the trick. But, after reading a few of your other threads? I'd add a bit extra ...

If you wouldn't mind? Look up "botulism" and "limber neck" in those links, and let me know if it seems to you to be the likely cause. If it is? The vinegar is really about all I know of that can help, as antibiotics have proven to be of little benefit. Botulism is present in the mouths of all birds, but usually not in high enough levels to do any major harm to healthy ones.

:: edit :: Also would like to know about the foods you've been using, as there's been a good bit of it recalled. Some had no Vitamin D, for example, which would cause a deficiency ... spoilage is another that may explain your losses/illnesses.

Food is one of the first things folks should check when birds are ill.
And somehow? I forgot to suggest starting there (sorry). ::/edit::

Sorry you had to go through all this, as I know that helpless feeling of frustration ...
