Any legal advice out there??

She is a great shot(retired Marine) and has guns. She is a coon hunter hah. She just hates shooting dogs because they are pets and not pests. She hates to have to kill anything pet wise. Even sick or injured. But PESTS on the other hand....Well those are no problamo. She is usually the one I call for all my possum or raccoon "relocation" needs.

Barring calling the law, her next best option is to catch them and rehome them. Is it legal? Who knows, but it sounds like this guy doesn't really want them anyway.

I can not imagine that, it would be something to see!! That female would have to be VERY willing.

Hope this all gets taken care of and I hope they stay home now that they are there. I hope she doesnt have to shoot them but you shold never be afraid to go see her!!
