Any new organic feed names?

I'm looking for a genuine and appropriate organic feed that helps to gain weight and the size of birds. So, please suggest to me what should I do and what types of nutrients I should feed them.

I use organic feed .. that don't contains ant pellets fully grains feed along with rolled oats . And I calculated the nutrients as per farms
My feed contains base of Millet (Pearl Millet )
• wheat
• barley
• maize cracked
• Rolled Oats
• Calcium Soluble Grit
• 0.2% Salt

Scratch and Peck makes an affordable Organic feed, I don't know if it helps hens gain weight, but I think it is good quality.
What is going on that they need to gain weight from? Worms, or another cause? Hope this helps!
