I went to put my chickens to bed after letting them Free range and GRETA was not in the coop with the others. I have looked EVERYWHERE for her. I guess the good news is that we didn't find any feathers anywhere either. Hoping she will show up in the morning.

Thanks Debbie... I got her with 3 others last year in a very good deal. A lady had breed to many and the market dried up. I lost 2 to a dog but I am happy that Tia made it. I am glad that both of your girls are doing good. I will have to get some of the Cider Vinegar for my girls soon. Not sure were to find it... What kind of store has that? I am thinking of trying health food store...

Actually I use and always have used apple cider vinegar that I find right at Safeway. Baking aisle 1 Tbls per gallon? I just glug a couple per water feeder

This is Lilly 2 weeks ago This is today, stays by herself, neck not extended. Usually sucked in more then this. Just looks like a head stuck in a body. All fluffed up

Debbie, I always worry when I have a puffy bird. I usually start with heat/extra heat and save a chick. Just to be safe. Her color has really changed and she looks much more mature. Maybe she is fixin to lay? Hope she feels better soon.

I hope thats all it is I really like her She has come out and moved around a lil more today

It really wont do any good with out the Mother it. The mother is the good/beneficial bacteria for them.
