Anybody setting eggs this weekend? (4-25-15)

I just went ahead and broke them all open. Bad news all were dead even the banana egg that ended up being a naked neck :'( good news they were all to term. So next time when I set them correctly they should all make it.

. Today is day 23 and I still have about 8 eggs in the bator. How long should i wait? I don't want to rush it cause yesterday I accidentally killed on trying to assist too soon. However they all are mal positioned so I don't know what to do.

I have to ask. Do you hear anything from the eggs. I got peeping so I left the egg to the hen and in two days out he came. Even when they start making a hole it can take a day so I would not touch them. I got 3 for 3 under a hen. I think they came day 19 - 22.
In an incubator hatch do they bond to you as a mother for life? What are the dates to hatching time for your breed if you know which is which?
Maybe temp and humidity changes made this discombobulate for you.

I am candling my Chantecler's onesy in a week and my CM/Americauna hen's are due in a week. She has six or seven. Has not left the rubber maid style tote I have her in for a week. No water no feed has been touched which are kept inside the wire kennel she is in. Put the water in with her today with hen supplements. Both get the supplements, Chantecler eats drinks and goes outside after 3 days but not the other and they are inside the Sun room away from contact with the other 13. I am dealing also with a Roo with a blinded eye from a fight 3-4 weeks ago and another Roo is breathing laborously after a fight when he was pummelled after being caught in some deer netting that I was suppose to clear by that day.
My small indescretion really blew up big time for my poor fella. His comb is blue from no oxygen and I guess his brain is too. Looks like severe frost bite. I would really like to know what to do. Am doing tetracyline, steam baths with eucalyptus and four thieves oil, cleaning the entire inside of his coop today. After the steam bath and two days tetracycline the wheezing is not all day and loud. It is difficult though for him and I can still here it. Two more days of the tetra. and wait and see Any similar experience out there?

Update:
I set 30 eggs but 5 weren't fertile. 25 went into lockdown, and I have 21 chicks now! 84% hatch rate for my first time doing chicken eggs, with incubating in a still-air... I'm going to call it a success.
