OK so this might be a stupid question but will my drake fertilize my hens eggs year-round because I looked it up on Google and it said for only three months out of each year it will, but my brother was saying otherwise, so do you guys know

He will fertilize eggs as long as he is mating her.

Drake's hormones are lower at certain times of the year. But, I get fertile eggs year round.

My handsome drakes love to- mate all year lol!!
Even in harsh winter- so I don't think the fertilization would stop.
Maybe Google is talking about, times to breed and hatch? The party dosen't stop!

Yes. Make sure they can never get near each other. Keep them completely separated at all times.

If I did that and put a fence in like the middle of my pen, would I need to get another Drake would my drake be lonely, even though he could still see the hens every day just not be with them
