Oh yeah, I'm getting 20 BcW polish from Ideal next week. The shipping date is the 15th, I presume them to arrive the 16th. Really hoping they survive shipping and I can get them to adulthood.

All the eggs in my bator due the 20th are dead because of this wind so im done hatching this is why I wanted broodies which apparently isnt silkies anymore

Getting ducklings in late may, early June. Anyone know color genetics for runners?

I can tell you tan Fawn and white mixed with black can give you grey and black instead of Fawn and white. Other than that, no.

Of course! Japanese bantam eggs under a broody hen. I do wish she would’ve waited a tad longer before going broody to make sure the chicks hatch in warmer weather..
But who knows, one day -30 degrees, the next its 70!

Ok my chick season is starting early this year! I have been collecting eggs from my Ameraucanas and Marans to incubate and I have about 20 now. A few days ago I ordered some Serama eggs off eBay to add more genetics to my Serama flock. The 2 new incubators and Serama eggs came in today and im exited to set them up and put the eggs in!
