Anyone else get their MPC special? **Pics and updates**

I know, I couldn't believe it! I am a little worried about sending Uno to the coop as it is getting really cold at night here. I think I might get her some kind of hen saddle and modify it- maybe add some cushion or something- to keep her warm. I am not too worried about her otherwise.

I recieved my MPC special today. Having an issue with one little girl she is rather sluggish and get pushed around. I cleaned up 3 pasty butts everyone is so full of energy!

I think your sex-link might be a buff orpington. I have one that looks exactly like her. Red sex-link female chicks normally have stripes on their backs when they hatch, and mine didn't. But who knows?

CHIC, your order and mine are very similar. I have mostly brown and white leghorns in my order. There are 3 dominiques, 1 BO, 5 BA (1 of which is a roo

), some SLW, and then brown and white leghorns. I know the whites are leghorns, they are too 'gamey' to be anything else. Not much of a rainbow in my rainbow egg layers unfortunately

They are all so cute! I could just kick myself for not jumping on that special. I don't have a coop for them, but I should have just ordered and figured something out!

OMG, they are all soooo adorable... but how is it Uno has only one wing? I somehow missed this? Did she hatch this way or was there some frightful accident?

Oh wow!! They are so cute!! It almost makes me regret getting all BR's... I think next time I get chicks I'm gonna get a variety!!

Uno had only one wing from day one. It's funny though, even though I handled them everyday individually, I didn't notice this fact until they started feathering out! I don't know how I overlooked it! Anyways, I think she is special.

Here are mine at 5 weeks old, boy do they grow fast. Oh, they are in their new house!!! Hurray, I have a clean bathroom again.
