Anyone else have hatching eggs coming the first week of March? :)

I just set 12 silkies, 7 mottled Am's, 7 lavendar Am's and 2 wheaten. :) Due 2/28 and 3/1 ... do I qualify?

Sounds like a great group you have!! I hope you have a wonderful hatch!

And of vourse you qualify...Anyone who wants to join in on the fun qualifies, setting eggs or not! :) I won't even be getting my eggs until the week of 3/4, but I would still enjoy and learning from everyone elses hatches and just seeing the babies & helping to pass the time for myself and everyone else for the wait.

Oh....Scratch that, to qualify to be apart of this thread, if you are hatching eggs then you MUST show pics when they hatch! :p lol I hope all goes well for everyone!! Update when you can.

I set my incubator up for 48hours and the temp is staying between 99.5-99.7 and the humidity between 19%-26%. I want to the dry incubation method, but a little worried about to LOW of humidity. Very excited!

oh I misread, you have to wait that long for your eggs, booo!!! :( I will share pics of the babies when they come!!! I may be setting more around that time, if one of the 2 wheatens isn't a good blue male. :)

I love pics of chicks, helps me to follow how they grow out. Just pardon the clarity since they have other ideas when I try to take theie pictures.

I was just kidding about you Having to post pics, but I know we all would enjoy! :)

I love seeing pics of chicks as they grow to, It's amazing how quickly they change. I look forward to reading every ones experiences and hopefully seeing some babies in the end. :) Hopefully we can round up some more people who plan to set eggs to join us soon.

They are so cute and what beautiful coloring they have!! I don't know much of anything about the wyandottes but their is definitely an obvious color difference in the chicks.

How is everything going for everyone? :)

Just finished candling. I loaded 30 BLRW and 2 partridge rock bantam eggs. Both anty eggs are clear darn it!
Looks like; 12 veins, 3 unsure on still, 10 I see shadow movements in, (maybe wishfull thinking), and 5 clears. Not to bad for eggs that got no special handeling.

How exciting!!! :) I will be watching and waiting with you! I've got just about 3 more weeks to go until mine get here... Hoping by Wednesday or Thursday of the first week of march.
Keep us updated! :)
