Anyone else trying to lose weight or get healthier?

I’m a bit stuck at the moment :hmm I’m not gaining but I’m also not losing! I am on my second week of couch to 5k and all horses are now stabled again so more mucking out. I was hoping the extra physical work would help but maybe I’m wrong. Thinking I will up the protein shakes and cut down on the snacks and 1 more meal per day :fl
