At least they don't take the remote and flip between 10 different channels. And as for their conversation-might be better.

Conversations? I've tried to hold conversations with chickens. While they give every indication they are hearing me, they remain unresponsive. Dismal correspondents, really. Just once I'd like them to laugh at one of my jokes. Just a courtesy chuckle would do. (Heck, I'd settle for that around here!)

I did find, though, that they seem to prefer Eric Clapton over most other music. Odd...

I find chickens the perfect TV watching companions. In fact if I don't have at least one sitting on my shoulder I am not relaxed. As far as talking with me goes, depends on the bird. Some talk all the time and others are quieter, but I usually understand what they are saying.

Am I crazy? I just love snuggling with chicks and chickens. If I wake in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep I nab my favorite little chick and stick it up by my neck to chrip in my ear which puts me right to sleep.
