Anyone have luck catching a feral chicken?? UPDATE: Rooster caught, no hen

Good question!

Idk what kind he is, but he has white, red, and blue in his feathers. He has no spurs, so I'm thinking he's a young bird.

I thought I had heard faint peeping while out looking for her, but it could have just been my chicks in the brooder, or my imagination or my persistent nose whistle, lol.

I'll update again tomorrow evening!

He's really beautiful. I looked around for hen but didn't hear or see her. I'll wait to see if she comes out tomorrow then resort to using traps.
