Ah, ok, I see corn as a low nutritional value, but I can see it used as a treat or replacement for that "bad" carb. Too bad carbs get such a beating!

Are you losing inches? If you are working out that much and have a good handle on your calories in you should be losing fat, if you are close to your ideal weight and are not losing lbs, but are losing inches you are probably building muscle. If you aren't losing inches or lbs then
In that case I would input your usual eating habits in a calorie/carb/nutrition counter and see where the problem is.
I only started really kicking up the gym routine. Dance jam, average of 500 calories, zumba, 600, Plyo, 600 + calories! It's been three weeks since I got the fitness pal app to really count calories. I know it's not wise to lose more than 2 lbs a week, I've got my calorie counter set at 1.5 lbs every week, so with this in mind, I know it's slow and steady wins the race. I know I'm building muscle....slowly but surely. I guess I'm just impatient, of course. Definitely cut out (even in the last month) lots of sugars, soda, ice cream, etc. That in itself was a good start!

All the fat in the egg is in the yolk, if you eat the whites only there will be no (or trace) fat.
I use fit day to make up mock eating plans for a day to get an idea of what I can eat and can't together for the calories I want, I also use it to figure out which vitamins I need to suppliment in my current eating patterns.
Thank you for the clarification on corn on the cob, what a bummer we have so much! But I have cut out almost all potatoes, rice and bread and keep putting two veggies on my plate for dinner and snacks! Yea me.
Does anyone use Calorie Count to track meals and activity? I just can figure out what I am doing wrong in logging in my food? I am not really big on sitting down after each meal to log in either is there a better tracking system out their, cuz I know I can't just keep on winging it!

I use myfitnesal app to count my calories! It's online as well, but I just seem to use the one in my phone mostly! I wasnt sure if we'd get along, but lately, we seem to be "pals" still! Very user friendly, so I can't complain!
