Anyone want to lose some weight too? So I'm not starvin' by myself?

Had to check in and see how everyone is doing. Looks like ya'll are doing pretty well!

I took my first Zumba class tonight!!! It was SOOOOO much fun! An hour packed with some serious cardio dancing. Like it so much I'm going to go twice a week!

I'm not going to weigh myself regularly, that's always a killjoy for me when I'm trying to lose weight.

I would recommend the Zumba, It's great fun, especially if you get a group of friends to go. There's a church here that hosts a class twice a week and it only costs $6 per class!!

I call it my "hour of me time". LOL!

I've used my wii faithfuly since I've gotten it, and I now have my husband motivated to doin it with me (just so he can out do my scores LOL) I've decided I love the boxing the best on it and I do the yogo after I'm done to kinda chill out. I can't believe how much better I fill. I did gain a lb back but I had pizza and breadsticks sunday..LOL. I'm still goin to use my kettlebell and work out video about twice a week just to do some more toning since its using weights. Well guys lets go water the critters and headout to work... Oh I also heard on the radio that if you have "Adult Time" atleast twice a week it lowers your risk of a heart attack by half and was a good calorie burner...Hmm? I regret tellin my husband that he'll think the dr ordered it..LOL

I couldn't weigh in on Saturday since I was having computer issues but I did weigh myself.
Starting weight- 155
Weight on Saturday- 153
lost 2 pounds
I haven't done anything special, just careful with portion control. I haven't done so well with that the last couple of days though.

I just have to echo PP here about my Wii. I'm obsessed with it! I'm sore but its a good kind of sore! I'm using muscles that I haven't used in years. And the Wii will suggest that you take a break if it thinks you're pushing yourself too hard, which is great too!

I can't wait to get back on the scale next weekend! Good luck everyone!

Trying not to be upset....went to docs today and GAINED 3 lbs. I have been walking strenuously at the gym 6 days a week and cut calories to about 1500/day.

Her scale is broken. It has to be. I'm sure of it. Would it be over the top to call the State Dept of Weights and Measures and insist that they come check hers?
Maybe I could do it anonymously?



It just cant be right......
