April 2020 Hatch-A-Long! All are welcome!

So this little gal has been externally pipped since yesterday evening but made no additional progress. I decided to go ahead and remove some of the shell and she was pretty shrink wrapped. Not sure why this happened because everything looked pretty spot on with humidity and temp. I’ve also had others pip and zip all while this one has been just sitting. Any idea if she is malpositioned? Or maybe just an issue because she’s from a shipped egg?
Eta: I did lubricate the membrane with some non-pain relieving Neosporin.

It's already been 20 days and no signs of hatching. I put them in lockdown on day 16 after reading a guide that bantam breeds can hatch earlier. But still nothing. Should I call the hatch a failure at this point?
Don’t give up yet!
Eta: Woops posted too soon. I’d still give it at least 2-3 more full days. Also hatch day isn’t until day 21!

As mentioned above, day 20 is early and if your temps are low sometimes chicks can hatch even later than day 21-22. So definitely don't give up on them yet!
