Haven't yet tried the tin foil trick for broodiness but can tell you that hanging a KFC bucket near the coop gets those unproductive gals really busy really fast. Girls aren't as nearly as dumb as most folks think! They take hints very well!
I'm thinking some fertile eggs for some medicinal pot would be a good scientific project too.My neighbor grows medical pot and says mylar would probably work better at reflecting. Im going to give it a try on my ceiling and see if i feel more broody. I think 1 of these eggs is pipping. Update.... wasnt a pip. I squished it
First of all, the flux capacitor requires 1.21 gigawatts
Second of all, it is april fools day, so lets just take a step back and examine the science behind this.
Hormones are proteins which are produced in one part of the body in order to effect the function of another part of the body.
Hormones do not radiate from the body. Hormones which are produced by glands in the integument are excreted onto the surface of the skin and then they give off olfactory cues which are collected by the olfactory organs and interpereted by the olfactory centers of the brain. These olfactory cues are small molecules of the hormone which float or waft, if you will, through the air in all directions and stick to things when they hit them (in the hopes, for example, that the things they stick to would be the nasal cavities of an interested male).
Please tell me how a square of tin foil facilitates the insulation of tiny molecules of scent proteins floating through ALL of the air. Hormones are not photons, they don't bounce and they have no refractory properties. I know this, I spent over $20,000 to know this.
I could be dooped into beleiving this without seeing the actual data if you were telling me that the pineal gland were in play, but estradiol+tin foil doesn't cut it for me. Where's the publ
ished data?
