APRIL Hatch a long ......Anyone?

I put my turkey eggs on lock down a little while ago. I candled them before I shut they lid. I originally set 6 eggs collected from my turkey hen over 10 days. One was a quitter at about ten days and one I think quit on me about 3-4 days ago. It hasn't changed any in those days and the others obviously have. So out of the five I had left, 4 look pretty good for hatching. I'm expecting pips tomorrow, as both previous times I've incubated turkeys I've found a pip before I locked them down. This time I locked them down at the end of day 24. Guess we'll see how it goes. I don't think they will be very long. In the candling before lock down I saw the poults in 3 of the eggs pushing the membrane up into the aircells. I don't think it's internal pips just yet, but I'm sure it won't be long. Can't wait to get some turkey babies again.
My turkey hen went broody and she is doing well sitting on six of her own eggs. She should be due the first weekend in May.

I HAVE A PIP!
Have been so struggling with the humidity thing. I believe the hygrometer is messed up and programing it is a booger, so I was thinking I might have killed all my chicks. I have 16 eggs with 10 confirmed movement before lock-down. I was again fretting over the humidity, when there it was- a chip in the one of the eggs. A blessing that it's the easiest egg to see. It's day 20...and almost a half- not sure if that's early. I have to work at our local food pantry today, so I'm just gonna let things go and hope I don't miss anything too wild.
Praying that I haven't messed this 1st hatch up.

Woke up to this at 4:30am.

Keep up the good work folks! :)

Candled all 91 eggs from 2 incubators over the last couple of days:

9/16 new line Malines
15/18 Bielefelders (Greenfire crossed with another European import)
9/12 Olive Eggers
43/45 old line Malines foundation stock.

Starting to look better than my March hatches already. :)
