Araucana Lethal gene ?

Anybody from this thread still around? I'm a newbie to chickens and looks like I fell into a rare breed to like.

I'm wondering if there are more desirable coloring/pairings and in talking to people about my chickens they are interested in getting hatching eggs from me. How do I price something when there's not much around to compare except eBay?

The Standard of Perfection (Book) is a great place to start if you want to move forward with the breed. A few of the other books dedicated to araucana's are out of print/hard to come by. A few color varieties have changed so you will want to reference the latest edition of the SOP. The club is active on facebook and there are members who ship eggs and sell birds. I'm sure someone would be happy to answer your questions.
