The tufted three:
A carbon copy of the above chick on the left, double tufted mottled in the center, and a single tufted splash on the right. The splash is the one that was attacked the other day. As long as it's neck doesn't get infected I think it will be okay.

Oh, and I can't forget the "blue girls". They are from my first incubator hatch. Uno, on the right, is from a Willow Acres hatching egg and is the very first chick I ever hatched. Bucky, on the left, is from Buck and Bluebell.

Yeah, its crazy. I looked back at old pictures of Lil Girl and Bonita at that age and they didn't have any pink or red. But Sis has NO other cockerel traits.

I love summer temps! I am NOT ready for fall... or as I call it, the season of death and darkness! But I know Frazz wants it to cool down so she can get her chicks!

Good! I've been jotting down who I'd like to breed to who next year. Of course not all the chicks are sexed so its not set in stone. I planned to keep only 4 extra cockerels...but there are 7 I want and not enough room. Back to the drawing board!
