EE's are great. You can get yourself some EE hens and have some green eggs. I have mutt's from an EE rooster and Barred Rock and Rhode Island Red hens that lay green eggs. There is nothing wrong with having EE's

I'm so happy for you that you have such a gorgeous bird! I just got my pullets this morning and learned they were EE's......supposably Ameraucana's, but who really cares. They are beautiful, sweet and just plain FUN! Cheers to a beautiful Roo and to my pullets making it through the night without a coon attack. I'm sure they'll be fine. My husband said my coop is Fort Knox. We'll see......tempted to bring them in????
