Are adult male muscovy ducks too dangerous to tame?

Look. I’m saying that for parrots, no parrot cannot be imported into the USA since 1992 due to international laws. The birds we have now in America as a result of captive breeding. Releasing parrots back into the wild wouldn’t work as captive birds do not know how to survive in the wild. So I guess we are stuck having captive birds in cages.

So why is it okay to keep an endangered and fragile bird like a macaw inside a cage inside a home but it is not okay to keep a duck the same way?

This duck is not happy either. She should be with other ducks. This is also wrong.
But on another note, this duck has been violently ill and is recovering.
Stop waving this one article around like it’s the Bible. Petunia should be outside with a flock of Muscovy Ducks. This is wrong too.

When I said indoor poultry I didn’t mean to say to raise a hundred chickens inside an apartment. I was referring to keeping one or two at the most of a poultry bird as a pet. Some people even have a Serama chicken as an indoor pet.

A serama is like a pound and the size of a small parrot. A muscovy is like 10 pounds and far larger than a parrot
