Are my silkies girls or boys?

My silkies are about 4 months now, and I still have no idea what either of them are. I have heard that roosters get streamers on their necks, and one of mine does yet neither of them have crowed or tried to crow. I also heard that females have mor feathers around their eyes, yet both of my babies lack feathers around the face... I can post pics tomorrow can anyone help??

at 4 months old my roo was heavier, with thicker legs and his comb was smaller but it had less fluff around it so it stood out more than my pullets, and he had small wattles starting, he was also harder to catch and didn't like to be handled, he 'chest bumped' and charged at the pullets with his head down, and chased small birds out of the yard
