B S you have obviously never been bitten by one ,, I have,,, I lost 17 chickens to one last year and all were big heavy chickens , I caught him one nite and didn't have my gun so I hit him with a shovel and thought he was a goner till I picked him up to move him out of the pen , THEY WILL KILL BIG CHICKENS AND HAVE A VERY STRONG BITE , and they will come back again and again
I am an ex coon hunter and have had big possoms whip 2 or 3 puppies and get away . If you have a walk in trap set it right next to the fence side ways and cover the trap with feed bags , pine straw ,sticks anything to hide it and put leaves on the trap floor to hide the wire , and bait it with sardines if there is a possom or coon you will catch it , haul it in the trap at least 10 miles away and turn it loose .
