Are there any other LEFT handers out there??

Hi, im lefthanded and proud to be!!!I hear that we all think differently.
Maybe all you members are lefthanded too!!! wouldnt that be funny!!

I too am left-handed. And yes, indeed, we do think differently.
I remember reading how the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body, and the left side of the brain controls the right side of the body.
That means we lefties are the only one in our "right minds".

But have you noticed that anything geared toward the lefthanded is more expensive?
I too love the lefthanded "facts". Those lefthanded scientific studies crack me up. It seems we are more prone to everything from being more artistic and artsy crafty to breast cancer, homosexuality and suicide.

My sister sent me an article last week that some study shows we became lefties because of an "insult" in the womb ad that we have a shorter life span in general (I'm 42). She said she wanted to make sure I had included her in my will.

I told her I hope she likes chickens and she would have to take care of them for life or she gets nothing!

Yes, we are supposed to be good tennis players etc,
I love painting bird pictures when I get time which is now never! and I coached squash and swimming and have trophies from squash, swimming, softball, but i am also a Gemini so I must be really in a league of my own!!!insane!!but having lots of fun too!

I am a gemini too! (June 10.) That means we have a double whammy!

I like to sketch, cross stitch, paint, hunt, fish. Anything outside. I hate cleaning house, but must be done.

Hey fellow lefties and chicken lovers and yes I have dogs too! I am an artist of sorts whatever media. Take your choice. I belong to a group called Funky Artists and our leader is a leftie too. I have been called a klutz always having injuries, but I think it's because the world is backwards. It's always my right side that is injured, except right now, it's my left hand. I was born on July 7 and this year it will be 777. In the book of birthdays I am the only person described as weird, but it goes on to say not in a bad way of course. hahaha.

My son (who is the oldest) is also a leftie. He's highly intelligent, great sense of humor and so dog gone cute. He's my downfall with those eyes of his and dimply grin. Darn it already

Does eating with your left hand at least get you a place in line for the left handed club? If so, can I get a ticket please?

Left-handed here, too!!!!

I eat & write left-handed, but can do almost everything else with either hand. I had to learn...when I was a kid, everyone kept teaching me to use my right hand (like they were going to change it)....LOL.

Hey Sherry, that is so wonderfully creative but I must say I hate hunting, i like fishing but Im vegetarian so I catch fish for the family.
Im also clumsy but that could be the MS or as dzzzyd said, the world is backwards, but ive heard that us lefties drop things often!!
I noticed that you were a Dr, oh boy could I have fun with you!!!!
I have a very lengthy list of ailments if you have 2 weeks to listen!!!! joking Id never do it. My best friend was a Dr too specialising in MS but I never talked shop with her, she just kept asking me "how are you today?" and to stay away from steroid treatments!!!
Im having a hyster**** soon!!!joy oh joy!!
