That's what I am thinking now anyway. They are getting a little aggressive toward my chickens

Yours look female to me so far. Bit hard to tell from the photos though.

Satay they still seem to make peeps however this evening I went out to put them in their crate in the pen and they were making sounds that I think are considered "trilling"??

Yes that would be quite normal for their age. My males don't make many sounds at all. ( I only have one that hisses)Though I can't actually recall when they stopped(what agers) I don't have any young drakes at the moment to compare for you. We are just coming out of winter here. My youngest females are around 6 months and my youngest male is over 1.

My young girls continally waffle I call it . Like they are all having a big gossip session. ( would love to know what they are actually saying.) Girls as they get older will stay small framed where as males will really start to bulk out.
