Are these all roos?

I have 4 they i let a hen hatch out. Father is white leghorn. Mother is either buff orpington or Jersey giant.

Sure looks like 4 cockerels. Your hatching luck is like mine!

They look pretty darn young and underdeveloped physically to have that much comb/wattle color going on, so I'd say you hit the cockerel jackpot on your hatch. Given that their legs appear very white I'd say the BO is the hen that produced the eggs they came from.
