Sooo I bought this pair of bantams recently and I was told they were Buff Leghorns... But when I looked up the breed online I found that they were pretty rare, so now I'm not sure. I'm very new to the chicken world(these are my first two) and I was hoping someone else could give me their opinions. [IMG][/IMG][/IMG][/IMG]Thanks in advance!! :)

When I saw your title my first thought was "no, they're not, they're too rare". And I'm so NOT an expert, but they look like leghorns to me. White lobes, large straight comb, yellow legs, leghorn body type.

I just bought them because I wanted a few bantams as pets mainly and I thought they were pretty.. And then I did my research lol i thought if they were actually rare they would've been more than 10 dollars each. :p so i thought he was just talking, but we'll see!
