Yes, they do.
All chicks get 'rounded' saddle feathers when they first come in, and then later at around 10 to 12 weeks the males get new pointed ones.

That darn chick hit every āIs this a cockerel?ā mark. Iām more sure heās a he than the hatchery is sure they correctly sexed āherāā¦.but Iām still going to wait until Iām 10000%.Male 'pointed' saddle feathers only come in at around 10 to 12 weeks.
So it is still too early to tell by that method.
However, going by his reddish colouring, and comb size, I should say the one on the left is a cockerel.
The one on the right I am inclined to pullet.
