After seeing this, I may just burn my coops down and build new ones. *shudders*@Frazzled chicken tender sorry for the late reply, I've been a bit busy.
Here are the photos. I had not been checking their coops as well as I usually do, and so had not realized that they had come back.
If you have a wooden coop with cracks, please check them regularly everyone.
First pic is their hiding spot.

My plan is to clean it all out (already done) and dust Pyrethrum is all the cracks. (again already done) Then wait a few days, and then pressure wash it all down and dust with Pyrethrum again afterwards. After seeing this, I may just burn my coops down and build new ones. *shudders*

I think that should do the trick, with a follow up in a week or two.
(Do you know how long it takes for the eggs to hatch?)
You'll need to treat birds, too.1-2 days.
Oh ok!1-2 days.
Do red roost mites stay on the birds in the day? You'll need to treat birds, too.
I believe those only feed on the birds at night.Oh ok!
I presumed it would be more like a week.

I thought they just lived in the coop, and come out at night, and go back in the morning to their hiding spots.
Sorry, I don't know about Elector. I only used permethrin spray and powder when we got NFM here. The powder is great for sprinkling in the bedding after your clean out.Even with the Elector?
