Let me say that I am the man in the house, not the woman, and baking isn't really my thing.. but what the heck, I decided to give it a try.. Found a recipe on here that seemed simple... so I thought.. Note to self - copy ingredient quantities carefully! Instead of copying 1/2 tsp salt down, I wrote 1/2 c salt... I was thinking it seemed like WAY too much, but proceeded anyways.. It actually almost baked completly... a little squishy in the middle... when I took the first bite, I knew exactly what I had done... so, batch #2 is in the oven now... wish me luck!
