Arizona Chickens

Awww man 2 am and thunder awoke me bc my sweet ee's are out roosting I didn't put them inside, it is raining but not heavy so hopefully they'll be ok I don't think a bit of rain will harmmthem right? It is hot out.... stubborn ee's

I'd go shine a light to see if they want to jump inside the coop but there's lightning I'm not getting myself struck for my feather babies

Good news I've sold 100 eggs,,,, 100 more to go and I got 15 yesterday including a EE double yolker

If it was raining at your house like at mine they'll be fine. It's already dry here for the most part.

So, I've read it's illegal for backyarders to sell eggs for eatingeating in AZ. Do you know if that's county specific? Or am I totally wrong?

Not from what I've gathered, you can even sell to markets if it's under 750 dozen a year and labeled as unclassified, or just word of mouth for those wanting options that aren't given at the store oh and something about not using some specific words in advertising if you do so,

Besides they are all people we know ;)

Bunch of wet backs but nothing too bad from the rain learned that marshmellow hates wind, HATES it lol

Mother Nature knows how to be the drama queen, but she's beautiful too. It's been daily rain here for over a week now. I thought I'd share some of the moodiness with all of you.
