I wouldn't know, because I've never had any duck's before.

I had adult ducks and 1 drake, and pullets. The drake was great, and as part of that he would chest-bump any of the pullets if they encroached on the duck territory.

I am starting a hatch of 32 eggs in two weeks...I live in tucson though...otherwise when they hatch you could have a few.....still not sure what I am going to do with the ones that I don't keep. They go in the bator around march 5 or 6. They are blue rocks, deleware and frizzle....if they hatch

and anyone is interested they are free to a good home.....

I was just at TSC in prescott valley getting cat litter and looking at the chicks. they had "straight run" welbars and golden sexlinks. I didn't see any cockerels in either bin. They had easter eggers but I couldn't see into the bin at all and something else I couldn't see into the bin either.
