And since we're swapping soup recipes..... One of our favorites is made from homemade bone broth, sweet potatoes (or white potatoes), onions, garlic, half a head of cabbage, carrots, celery, ghee, and canned diced tomatoes. I sometimes add leftover roasted chicken to it too. It's a hands-down favorite in my house and is both incredibly good for the digestive tract and very anti-inflammatory too.
