It is a small clover ground cover, drought tolerant, sprouts within 7 days, and if you scroll through the comments wayyyy down at the bottom, there are a couple who mentioned using it w their chickens.. might be good to try for your ducks and chickens who need a green space (and pups and kids).
I ordered some to use as a filler between my cobblestone pavers.. i kind of like that they aren't filled permanently since it helps the water move along when we do have downpours. I need it filled w something though, otherwise leaves and weeds get stuck in the crevices. Hopefully this will do the trick! I'll take some pics to share!
