here's a tidbit for you Nova! ok, so being a pastrychef and all, i do cakes and make buttercream(the REAL buttercream). so this past month i had 2 cake orders to fill. this time i made the buttercream with my eggs, had left the eggs out on the counter(not yet hit the fridge) and it was the most amazing batch i have ever done! i don't normally use my eggs in the cake orders because i am using soooo many and i barely make any money off these cakes anyway, but decided what the hey this last two times. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
