Arkansas folks speak up.........

Ok here is a couple of my GLW's. Question is about the combs. If you look closely the one on the right is single and the one on the left is bifurcated. Is single comb a hen? Most of them are the bifurcated comb.

OK so I'm double posting. But I think I figured out this pic thing. This is my helper (she thinks she's a parrot )

Wyandotte are supposed to have Rose combs. I think that's what you are calling bifurcated. The single comb is probably a throwback to something in their breeding. I have a Blue Laced red wyandotte chick with a single comb.

ETA: Nice coop and nice helper!

Caught a big ole egg sucking coon last night. It had been wrecking havoc on my bourban red turkey eggs. but it has eaten its last egg. Gonna leave the traps out (3) for several more days to see if there are any more eggs suckers.

Heard rumor that they have a large auction in Hunstville every saturday at One I think it was. There is also one outside of Bentonville somewhere.

As for the Fort Smith area, there is a flea market, but not an auction that I am aware of.

ETA: Anyone interested in Sumatras? I have 4 males that aren't quite what I am looking for in breeding stock.
