Went out to see how bad the coop/run was after all this rain. All was well, looked at me like "what's up, sister ". Big relief......I was so worried. Big wet, muddy mess but I can deal with that.

I hate to double post. But I have Storey's Illustrated Guide To Poultry Breeds. My all time favorite book on chickens.Ask all you want! If you want a book to get you started, I highly recommend Storey's Guide to chickens. It'll cover all the basics and then some.

Mine are reall muddy, too much snow, ice, and rain. Gonna have to find some of those rice hulls I guess to get them dry again.Went out to see how bad the coop/run was after all this rain.
