Arkansas folks speak up.........

She's a little beauty where did you get her?

Thank you! Her parents are on my BYC page. She's from my other Silkie hen, the bearded one, crossed with my bearded white roo. Neither that hen or my blue hen were broody, so I put a few of their eggs in the incubator.

I will be taking my first btw japanese bantam pullets to our swap this weekend.any one have an idea on a fair asking price.they are 10 weeks old.

I have sold many cockerals at the auction. I got $20 for a silkie roo and $10 for mutts.

Ninja, I was and still clueless at the auctions and the auctioneer is very nice and understanding. There were several times he would tell me I was bidding against myself but he wouldn't let me run the cost up. You give them your name and address and they will give you a card with a number on it. You are suppose to raise your card when you want to make a bid. Some people don't and then they have to stop and ask for your number. You do have to wait until all of the small cage animals are sold to pay and or get your money.

A little warning if you have bad knees it's tough to get up and down the bleachers they are very stiff.

Verycherry your silkies are great moms. Looks like yours did a good job hatching those sikies, they are cute. The dark blue girl I got from you set on 12 eggs for the entire incubation period, today they are hatching

I'm so glad she made you a good broody. Congratulations on such a great hatch! All 12 is really something. So cute!

Unfortunately my shipped eggs aren't fairing as well.

I got 12 Ameraucana eggs in the mail 21 days ago, and so far only one has pipped at the top of the egg and hatched as it should. Two more have pipped at the bottom (ruptured air cells from shipping I imagine) and I had to help one of them out after I realised he was stuck unable to get out. I may have to help the other little one too if he doesn't do something fast. I did open the pip hole up a bit more so I could remove membrane from around his beak. Not a good sign for the rest of the hatch. I'm very worried.

These are in the same incubator as the 5 Silkies, so the shipping had to be the problem.

I am looking for a very good quality pair of ginger red oegb,or hatching eggs, close enough to russellville not to ship.thanks.

I have 2 young ducks I have decided I don't want anymore. I forgot what kind they are. They were black and yellow and now they have some black feathers coming in. Free to a good home. I'm in the Conway area.
