any sausage makers here?
i went hunting this past weekend and harvested a mule deer buck (so did my dad and my grandpa got a doe) so i got a lot of sausage meat (moose and mule deer). really looking for any ideas of a good recipes (i like to make a mixture of sausage flavors)

I just have finished the last season on Netflix , he had some epic chapter there!

And I can't eat pork and much more animals and birds that you eat. I wonder way I am following them?

Welcome back! We kept this thread warm enguh, cooking on low heat, like the best dishes around!

Thanks bud. I'm back just in time for all the holiday food. Some intense cooking at work over the next few days. Ill try to get some good action pictures. 7 course menu pairing coming up next week as well.

Hhahaha. Kitchen staff had all the bulk prep done before I got into work for my evening shift Wednesday. Ended up being off on thanksgiving but Ill hear how much "fun" everyone had yesterday serving the 500+ reservations we had. Haha some days being a fly on a wall wouldn't be such a bad thing.
