[Ask] How to Get Rid of Acne Naturally

Oh, trust me, it's not something I could ever forget, especially since I'm still dealing with breakouts! I hope none of you are still dealing with it and that it passes as you get a bit older.

You could always try unrefined cold pressed organic coconut oil. It's NOT oily and is amazing what it does for your skin. It's got all the anti's (fungal, viral, biotic) wrapped up in one.

No, you don't want your body to be acidic especially in your colon. If your colon had hydrochloric acid, which I think that's what you're talking about, you would die. Actually, intestinal flora (good bacteria) help to putrify and assimilate the food that's been broken down in your stomach. That's why people promote probiotics for intestinal health. Just because you have body fluids that are acidic doesn't mean your pH should be acid. Baking soda, does not cause you to become alkaline, it balances.

I was talking about oxygen in an earlier post about a friend of mine who did a FOOD GRADE hygroden peroxide enema and he pooped out a tapeworm among other disgusted things. Just do some research on the effects on oxygen on parasites, fungus, and bacteria. There is so much out there.

Someone else made a comment on coconuts, which I think is excellent. Just eat healing foods. Celery, carrots, fresh coconuts, etc. Your body will get back in balance on it's own if you help it a little.

) I'll try to get some fruit, maybe I'll start consuming fruit everyday from now on.

banana skin, hmmm, it's quite (really) easy to find banana, I myself plant about 10 banana trees at my backyard. that's miracle of nature. thank you so much, I'll try to find out what best suited me.

baking soda, what's differences between baking soda, baking powder and bicarbonate powder? I'm a bit confused because they possess almost same name, same form, same color

and used in same field, cake/bakery.

so you just insert that white powder into water and mix it, and drink it?

Rather then looking for the perfect product to clear it up, you need to go to the source.
Chronic anything, is your body fighting something unnatural that is going on in your body.
This all begins with eating processed industrial foods and bevarages.

Do your entire body a favor,a dn seek out local sources for real traditional foods.
Raw dairy
grass fed or wild meat, fish and organ meats
Organic fruits and veges if possible
Good real foods probiotics.
Real fermented cod liver oil
Proper old fashioned preperation of all grains and seeds

If you begin to actually Nourish your body, it will stop betraying you.
Feel free to ask if you need to know how to get started.

Don't forget that external things that touch your skin can effect acne. If you are on the phone a lot, use antiseptic wipes to clean the phone regularly. A dermatologist told my daughter to use a clean pillowcase every night because bacteria gets in the fabric and can make some people's acne worse.

Baking POWDER is usually made with a mixture of sodium bicarbonate and an acid ingredient. I believe it's corn, but don't quote me on that.
Baking SODA is entirely sodium bicarbonate, which is alkaline. Eggs and baking soda are one of the few alkaline ingredients used when cooking.

PaulaJo, sounds like you've heard of the WAPF, very good info on this website.

I never consider it as good thing to be eaten.

raw dairy? I take a look at Fraurloth posted site below, I finally redirected to this site http://www.realmilk.com/what.html when looking about raw milk, the most problem is, this is not USA, you can't just find unpasteurized milk, real milk, natural eat grassing cows

I believe you'll understand when you're the one that live here.

about cod liver oil, I can find scott emulsion, is that one count as real fermented or not? (it taste bad) and we don't have such proper old fashioned prepared grain and seed and fruit/veg, farmer here is different from farmer in US (perhaps) the aim of farmer here is to produce as many as possible harvest without considering health of their product. I'm too tired to eat any veg in here, the veg is tasted sour/bitter, I dare to say that there have been too many pesticide, artificial fertilizer and too many toxin inside those veg and fruit here. but since we don't have choice, well, I'll try to consume veg and especially fruit everyday from now on.
