Up on their feet eating and drinking . Amazing little beings !

I'll do that thanks , if it's a lovely day here in the UK and really warm in the house is it ok to give their eyes a little break from the light or should it be on permanently for the first week ? I'll post another picture with lights off in a few hours as still not fully light here yet . So wary of getting anything wrong for them . We read so much whilst eggs were incubationg and that didn't go to plan so still a bit on edge , although my Daughter has taken to it , well , like a duck to water !

Depends on how warm it is there... ducklings should be at 90°F or 32.2°C for the first week... a little flexibility is possible, but first couple days or so I would avoid them getting chilled...
