. But they are laying better!!

Thanks for that. I am in Sydney so I might try Enfield Produce. It's still far from me but I'm really finding it hard to source Barley in bulk.

Thanks again
Not sure where you are, but if in the east maybe try contacting Centennial Park Horses and find out where they source their feed?

Actuall
Actually that is very close to my work so I might try that. Many thanks!!

Just be sure to get whole barley, there are many forms of barley on the market. Most horse people use micronized barley that is steamed and rolled. Some folks around here feed ' tailings ' from the brewery. Ask for whole or feed barley. You should pay no more than $16 for 20 kilo.

Megan, Martin may need to slip in an extra bag of worms for you. You've put lots of us onto him. Thanks.
Can I check the details of advocate with you. You use Advocate for kittens/small cats up to 4kg. One drop on the back of the neck every 6 six months. This worms them as well as takes care of mites and lice. Thanks Megan. Kay

My understanding with frontline and advocate is that they are skin borne, not blood borne, so that you can still eat the eggs after the chickens have been treated. Megan, do you eat your eggs, or do you have a no-go period after they've been teated?
