Australia - Six states..and that funny little island.

Does anyone have any Frizzle hens (as young as possible) they are willing to sell or know of anyone who breeds them in Western Sydney? I've been trying to find a breeder for the past few months but haven't had any luck.

Hi most animals including chickens are better off breeding in warmer months spring and your not likely to find them till then. Unless you ship in eggs from warmer climates

Well I thought I'd never say this but, C'mon dust and ammonia.
Dad is going into the vets tomorrow to see if he can get some stuff (same stuff as when my Ancona's were sick). In the mean time I am going to give them some vitamin thing, it's supposed to calm them?!?

I use sand in the Yoko's roost shed. Also I just cleaned it out yesterday so perhaps all the particles were still floating around.

Yes dust and ammonia! The finer the sand the dustier and the silica becomes and irritant.

Lucas I am only pointing out that there are several reasons for upper respiratory symptoms. It doesn't always have to be the dreaded MG or coryza. Not suggesting your birds have any of these diseases, just giving you examples . In the absence of a necropsy your vet will more than likely prescribe a broad spectrum antibiotic . Good luck at the vets tomorrow .

I just bought a kilo of Oxymav from Bellsouth. - seems the most economical way to buy it and it should last a fair while.
