ahha I would like to see the difference. I think I have a date twitch, I record everything with my hens- when I get them age, colour, breed- How many eggs I get per day, weight, day. How many eggs I sell and the total: just EVERYTHING.LOL.

If only I could be that organised lol

Phew! That was a stressful drive home. Supposed to get to 41 today. Went to the beach thinking we'd be home before it got too hot to put the misters on for the chooks. Happened to glance at weather zone and it was already 43.6 !!

Just got home, thank goodness they were all still okay, and turned on the mister. It's amazing how much cooler that makes it for them.

Here too (NW Sydney) just hit 46. Thank goodness there are no water restrictions - I've had a mister in the chickens' run since 10am. Hate to think of the bill, though as the rainwater tanks are long dry. Still, rather than that dead chooks. Roll on that storm!
