Don't have any company mill suggestions but I've seen people reuse the bags to sell manure. If you have any livestock, scoop up their poops, bag them and stick them out the front with a sign. $2 a bag. If people steal them, so be it, but most people are honest. Can help feed the chooks if its an option for you.
Sounds good but it’s a bit too far from me unless they ship eggs or something
You can only ask, but this time of year most breeders only have pullets and cockerels available. I can PM you a list of bird transport companies if they don't have any fertile eggs.

Have you tried contacting a poultry club local to you? They would really have the best connections for you, as they know what's in your area and who has what.
Are you sure this is safe and admitted with the bird flu spreading?
lol... sorry, by livestock I meant using the old chook bags to sell horse/cow poo! It shouldn't be an issue?
